 | Unity Festival, Carnival and Outreach on Plymouth Hoe Dates : 9th Jul 2011 - 10th Jul 2011 Location : Message from the local organiser: Greetings in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! As many of you may already be aware, we are planning another Hoe Outreach and Festival this year on 9-10 July. We are very pleased to be joined by Noel Richards and his worship team during the 2 days as well as other worship bands and performers and of course our own All Nations Choir. On the Saturday we will be joined for part of the day by Andrew Bickley, Senior Police Chief, the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress and the Rwandan High Commissioner and members of his staff. Marquee areas have been provided for churches and family and community organisations to display literature and give information about the important work they are engaged in for the city. If your church would like to be involved in this please let us know. On the Sunday, we will be having 2 separate combined worship services for everybody to join in together and during these the Word of God will be delivered by Pastor Arnold Mwonge from Uganda who has spearheaded the Transformation revival movement in his country and John Boyers, the Chaplain of Manchester United Football Club. We are praying that many people will come along again this year and will be touched by the power of the Holy Spirit through the words and music they hear. Please can we ask that you continue to pray for the success of this event, for His anointing on the 2 days, for good weather and above all, for Christian unity in the city so that we may shine as beacons of light for His Kingdom.
